Hatchet Headwear is committed to providing the best fitting premium performance headwear. To deliver on this mission, the Rover is engineered with PEAK|FIT™ innovation and available in custom tailored sizes for adults, youth, and toddlers.

  • Size XS: 51-52.5cm. Toddlers (ages 2-5).
  • Size S: 53-54.5cm. Youth (ages 5-10).
  • Size M: 55-56.5cm (fitted sizes 6 ⁷⁄₈ - 7)
  • Size L: 57-58.5cm (fitted sizes 7 ¹⁄₈ - 7 ¹⁄₄)
  • Size XL: 59-60.5cm (fitted sizes 7 ³⁄₈ - 7 ¹⁄₂)
  • Size XXL: 61-63cm (fitted sizes 7 ⁵⁄₈ - 7 ⁷⁄₈)

If your measured head circumference falls in between two sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger of the two sizes (e.g. if your head circumference measures 56.75cm, order size L instead of size M).
